Few small/intermediate event promoters can justify the cost of having a dedicated promotional website created. R.A.P.S. websites "don’t care" how big/small and event is or how often it runs. They can support a one-time-event or an annual fundraiser equally with high-end features that no "information only" website (created in-house or by a third-party) can ever hope to duplicate.
